Appco Group Australia delights in the partnership between FW1 and Aussie Racing Cars

When FW1 and Aussies Racing cars announced their partnership in early 2010 there was none more excited that Appco Group Australia at the news. The company felt that this partnership was one which had the potential to run on for many years.

Aussie Racing Cars have the reputation for being pure-bred race cars that take their origin in Australia, right from its design. Custom-built in Australia itself, these cars are three quarters the size of a V8 Supercar. The cars enable thrilling four-wide braking and overtaking and are powered by a 1.2 litre, 125bph, twin-cam, 16 valve engine that revs to 11500rpm.

The decision of FW1 to partner with Aussie Racing Cars slightly stems from the fact that FW1 is looking for better avenues to promote and gain exposure for their product range which includes FW1 waterless car cleaning wax.

As per the agreement, FW1 will have access to several Aussie Racing Car styles and this includes 1940 Coupe, FJ Holden, AU Falcon and VY Commodore. This comes in addition to the FW1 branding on certain merchandise and cars.

What FW1 has offered to do in return is to promote the Aussie Racing Cars at its events with their Independent Contractors gaining knowledge and training on the different specifications. The partnership has been a mutually beneficial one so far.

"I spoke with FW1 management, and we developed a plan to utilise Aussie Racing Cars to demonstrate their product and also discuss the different aspects of each vehicle at events. I’m excited about the partnership, as it means more people will have access to the cars, not only at planned events, but also within the local community and for fundraisers", said Phil Ward, Aussie Racing Cars founder and director
