Field Representatives from Appco Group Sports invited to gain a ‘behind the scenes’ look at West Coast Eagles

Field Representatives from Appco Group Sports were on all all-time high and in all smiles when the Aussie Rules team invited as many as 30 Field Representatives from Appco Group Sports to gain a ‘behind the scenes’ look at the club. The 30 field representatives who were invited by West Coast Eagles recently won a golden chance to interact with the club members. Not only did the representatives mix with West Coast Eagles Staff but they also tried to gain a better understanding about how exactly their company’s work of raising funds helps the club in conducting its programs.

When asked about the experience at the club, an Appco Group Representative had this to say…

“Having the Schools Programs Coordinator, Kim Hannah, speak to the group about the ‘Eagles Rock My School’ program – the main beneficiary of the raffle proceeds –provided fantastic insight into the program and how we help make a difference,”

“It was great for the group to hear the results of their hard work, all while further developing their program knowledge, which has already proven a boon for them out in the field when discussing the program with consumers."

And the same question posed to a West Coast Eagles staff got the following reply

“Staff were extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and eagerness of the Appco personnel, a real credit to their leadership," said the West Coast Eagles representative.

“The gathering was extremely beneficial for all parties in developing the relationship between Appco and West Coast and we look forward to hosting similar events in the future."

A Charity organisation in Australia is flourishing today thanks to the efforts of Appco Group Australia. Way back in 2001 when Appco Group partnered with this charity organisation, the latter had zero donors – those who were committed to regular giving and hence a comparatively small revenue stream. Today, if it is a praise-worthy fact that the charity organisation has about 243, 00 ongoing donors generating a multi-million dollar revenue stream, it is kudos to the efforts of Appco Group Australia and Appco Group Support.

In the very first year of their association, Appco Group recruited as many as 1,679 donors for the charity organisation. Last year a whopping 26,000 new donors were recruited by the company and Appco Group Australia has so far succeeded in generating a total of 243,000 ongoing donors for the organisation over the 10-year period of its association. Speaks a lot about the growth and effort of Appco Group Australia!

In addition to these benefits that Appco Group has gifted it, the charity organisation also benefits from regular giving and this has given it the time to invest in processes, procedures and the quality of staff to build the organisation.

With new fundraising programs launched around the world, the continued success of Appco Group Australia with this charity organisation has seen it creating goodwill for the latter on an international level.

Appco Group Australia lending their helpful hands to an Australian organisation assisting people experiencing psychiatric disabilities

Appco Group Australia with the help of fundraisers from Appco Group Support is lending their hands and assisting an organisation in Australia which is helping people experiencing psychiatric disabilities.

Appco Group Support realised the noble work that this organisation has been doing and was quick in lending its helping hand to the organisation to assist it in raising its own funds. With assistance from Appco Group Support and Appco Group Australia, this organisation which helps people with psychiatric disabilities is currently looking forward at launching three new programs.

Unfortunately, for the past 30 years, this organisation could not conduct these programs since it was previously funded entirely by the government. The regular donors who support the organisation are now helping these programs become a reality.

The fundraising campaign took off in 2009 and today Appco Group Support associated fundraisers have managed to recruit 1,700 donors who have committed to support this organisation and these programs on an ongoing basis.

At present, almost 60-65 per cent of the organisations’ overall income comes in the form of face-to-face fundraising.
