Appco Group Sports does its part in safeguarding Australian waterways

The national marine organization is a voluntary association that works towards safeguarding the Australian waterways. With the goal of raising money for this organisation, Appco Group Sports joined hands with a very reputed voluntary organisation in Australia. Together they launched a 'Scratch and Win' promotion in April 2011. Appco Group Sports played a major role in distributing these scratch cards across Victoria.

The association is one among those organisations who takes all the extra effort in providing the waterways by rendering marine operations with safety patrols, radio monitoring and search and rescue facilities. The organisation is also one that educates the public by giving them lessons on how to be safe while navigating across the sea. Classes even include ones on boat licence courses and coastal navigation.

The funds collected from these promotions are directed to train volunteers and help them gain high standard, get commodities such as fuel, meet operational costs of rescue boats and purchase support equipment as well as new vessels.

The volunteers association is all praise for Appco Group Australia Sport's division. David Legudi, business development Manager at Appco Group Sports says that the division is more than happy seeing the fact that the association appreciates their works.

“It is a great achievement to add this organisation to the list of reputable organisations that Appco Group works with to raise much needed funds. We relish the opportunity to assist associations that would otherwise not be able to run such extensive campaigns,” David said.

With targets already set for 2011/12 campaigns; the marketing company owner, independent contractors and team leaders at Appco Group Australia are working hard than ever before. The winners of this 'Scratch and Win’ will be drawn on 12th April 2012.

The effort and dedication by the Appco Group Support division in this regard has been tremendous and has helped the group at Australia in forging a solid professional relationship with the wildlife organisation. The drive to perform better was fueled by a passion to help protect Australian wildlife. The monthly donations the organisation receives with the help of Appco Group Australia helps it to undertake scientific research, develop long term solutions for the big environmental issues facing wildlife, and educate the general public on factors impacting the environment.

The innovative face-to-face campaigns rolled by Appco Group Support on behalf of the organisation remains the latter's most preferred method of fundraising. The wildlife organisation is also on the process of testing out new ‘symbolic animal adoption campaigns’ aimed at encouraging even more sign-ups.
